What the inspector wrote

On 10/30/25 at 10am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Samantha Clenista conducted an announced Pre-licensing follow-up inspection. U pon arrival, LPAs met with Center Director, Renee Erickson and Applicant/Licensee Representative, Enoidem Ekiko. LPA also observed a total of 23 children (16 preschoolers and 7 infants) with a total of 5 staff. Appropriate staffing, ratio and supervision was observed. The purpose of this visit is to follow-up on corrections listed during LPA Clenista\342\200\231s initial pre-licensing inspection conducted on 09/29/25. LPA took a tour of the facility per facility sketch to ensure the corrections were met. LPA observed the following corrections to be met during inspection: one of toilet covers in the preschool restroom was replaced, cubbies in the 2-year-old room were placed on the wall rather than on the floor, new changing pads for the two changing tables in the infant classroom that meet regulation, the wall dividing Infant Room 2 and the 3-year-old Room was extended to meet 4ft., enclosed the school-age playground structure to make its own designated play area, enclosed another outdoor play area for infants to meet the 75 square feet per child, placed more cushioning under the slide located on the infant playground, facility removed the climbing structure located on the preschool playground that did not have enough cushioning under it, and obtained an updated 200A reflecting the following updated capacity's: 25 infants, 54 preschoolers, and 12 school-age children, for a total of 91 children. All corrections were observed to be completed. Facility Representatives stated they will provide LPA with an updated outdoor sketch to accurately identify which play areas are for which program no later than 11/03/25. After conducting a final file review, a single license for 25 infants (0-2 years old) in the Infant Room 1 and 2, 54 preschoolers (2 to Kindergarten) in the 2-year-old Room, 3-year-old Room and 4-year-old Room, and 12 school-age children (Kindergarten to 14-years-old) in the School-Age Room, for a total of 91 children may be granted.
