Pre-licensing visit·November 12, 2025

On 11/12/2025 at 9:21am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selina Siao and Samantha Clenista conducted a follow up pre licensing inspection. Upon arrival, LPAs met with applicant/Director Louise Kristofferson. LPAs remeasure the outdoor playground area due to the extension of the infant yard. The preschool outdoor area measured to be 1604.91 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 21 children. Applicant submitted the remaining of the paper work corrections to LPA Siao during today\342\200\231s inspection. The following corrections are needed prior to granting the license: Add signs to identify the staff\342\200\231s sink and staff\342\200\231s restroom. Add facility numbers on all advertisements. Obtain a waiver from the department to share the director with the infant site with facility 376105117.
