Pre-licensing visit·November 12, 2025

On 11/12/2025 at 9:00am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selina Siao and Samantha Clenista conducted a follow up pre licensing inspection. Upon arrival, LPAs met with applicant/Director Louise Kristofferson. LPAs measure the outdoor playground area due to the extension of the infant yard. The infant outdoor area measured to be 784 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate the requested infant capacity. LPAs also inspect the four feet high sound absorbent divider that separates the infant crib area with the activity area but it needs an additional panel in order to cover the entire area along with an additional gate to separate the two areas. Applicant also submitted the remaining of the correction packet to LPA Siao during today\342\200\231s inspection. The following corrections are needed prior to granting a license: Install an additional 4 feet high panel and a gate to completely separate the napping area with the activity area.
