On this date 9/29/2021, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ana Noble and Sumayya Habeebulla conducted a case management inspection and delivered amended reports that were initially provided to the facility on 9/1/2021. LPA Noble and Habeebulla toured the facility and the following was observed: Appropriate use of face coverings by staff was observed. This program is the infant program and children under the age of 2 are not required to wear mask/face covering. No deficiencies were cited on this date. An exit interview was conducted with Brittney Spencer, Director a Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was posted, appeal rights were discussed and provided, and a copy of this report was given to the facility representative.
