What the inspector wrote

On August 19, 2025 at 12:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hayley McCarthy arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management visit regarding the outdoor play area fencing. On May 21, 2025, LPA McCarthy arrived at the facility to conduct an annual inspection and found that two sides of the fencing surrounding the outdoor play area measured less than the required 4 feet. On June 30, 2025 during a case management visit, LPA McCarthy informed site Director, Melissa Greenway that the fence would need to be fixed to meet the 4 foot requirement. During today's visit, LPA measured the newly repaired fences. Lattice fencing was added to the current chain linked fence to make the fencing 4 feet 10 inches on one side and 5 feet on the second side. All sides of the outdoor play area fencing now meet or exceed the required 4 foot height. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Director, Melissa Greenway. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and Director understands this must remain posted for 30 days.
