LPAs met with the Applicant, Ilham Daanoune for an inspection of the physical plant and review of the pending corrections. Previously, applicant planned to use the garage area for the family child care but due to the garage not being permitted, the applicant has submitted a new facility sketch to show that the child care has been relocated inside on first level of the residence. The new facility sketch shows the family child care to be located on the first level of the home making the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and \342\200\234kids area\342\200\235 on this level accessible to children in care. The off limit areas include: master bedroom and bathroom, bedroom #2, office, backyard, and garage. During the visit, LPAs inspected the areas that needed to be corrected and the following was observed and/or discussed: 1.
