On the above date and time, Licensing Program Analyst\342\200\231s (LPA\342\200\231s) Kelly Gerth, Kelli Waters and Griselda Castellon arrived unannounced at the home daycare and met with Licensee Grace De La Cruz, to conduct a plan of correction visit from deficiency CCR 102417(g)(5)(A) issued on 08/19/2025. As of the date and time of this visit, the Plan of Correction for deficiency 102417(g)(5)(A) has been met as evidenced by: During the tour of the facility with Licensee Grace De La Cruz, LPA\342\200\231s observed the mesh fencing panel replaced and the gate\342\200\231s self closing/latching device to be in proper working condition, and are now in compliance. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Grace De La Cruz and appeal Rights were discussed and provided along with a copy of this report. A Notice of Site visit was given, Licensee Grace De La Cruz was reminded the notice must remain posted for 30 days.
