What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Ana Noble and Diana Brasel arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management inspection to inspect the newly remodeled classrooms for all three programs- Preschool, Infant and School Age. In addition, to changes to classroom usage changes to classroom from Preschool to Infants were made. LPA's meet with Diane Prospero, Director of Child Development a tour was conducted by LPA's, census were taken, and all classrooms were measured. Classroom were observed to be in compliance and the following was determined: Preschool Classroom/Indoor Space are in Room #3, 5 and 6 for a total capacity of 67 (a change in capacity to decrease is required) Children in these areas. Current capacity is 122. Infant Classroom/Indoor Space are in Room #1, 2, 7, and 8 for a total capacity 38 (Facility Representative stated a capacity increase will be requested). Current capacity is 11. School Age Classroom/Indoor Space are in Room #4 for a total capacity of 25 (Facility Representative stated no change in capacity will be requested). Current capacity is 21. There are sufficient toilet/changing tables and sinks to accommodate current capacity and any requested changes in capacity due to the available space in the individual licenses/programs. Exit interview conducted, report, appeal rights and notice of site visit was reviewed and copies provided to Diane Prospero, Director of Child Development.
