What the inspector wrote

Based on interviews and record review, LPA is unable to corroborate the allegation that staff handled daycare child in a rough manner. This allegation may have occurred; however, it is not supported, or proven by evidence. Therefore, the above allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, and appeal rights, along with a Notice of Site Visit was handed to Shannon Spencer. Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 consecutive days in a prominent place, visible to families and caregivers.
