Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

The documentation review demonstrated that all staff members met the necessary qualifications for their respective roles in accordance with licensing requirements. Based on the documentation reviewed and observations made during the inspection, LPA Waters was unable to substantiate the allegation that unqualified staff were providing care and supervision to daycare children. The agency has investigated the above allegations and although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided to the facility. This report must be made available for public review for 3 years upon request.
