Correction check·November 12, 2025

On 11/12/25, at time listed above, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kelli Waters arrived unannounced for physical inspection for the facility and conducted a Proof of Corrections visit. LPA Waters met with the Director, Nialea Guachena, explained the purpose of today's visit, completed a visual inspection of the facility, and took census. During a previous visit conducted by LPA Waters on 08/06/25, the facility was issued a citation for Title 22 Child Care Regulation 101171(a) Fire Clearance. The plan of corrections included that the licensee would install, and maintain in proper working order, the required fire system per California State Fire Code with an original correction date by 09/03/25. Licensee was unable to have work completed by said date and reached out to Valley Center Fire Protection District Division Chief for an extension. The extension was granted and work was completed and subsequently inspected and approved on 10/28/25 by Valley Center Fire Department. During the inspection, LPA observed a fire panel installed in the infant room with pull down stations located in each classroom in the center. Based on observations made during today's visit, the plan of correction has been met and the citation has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted, and LPA provided Director, Nialea Guachena, with a copy of this report. A Proof of Corrections letter will also be mailed. Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
