On 10/15/2024 at 10:20 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Griselda Castellon, conducted a Case Management visit to deliver an amended evaluation report referencing the report on September 15, 2025. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director Darlene Bebee. During the visit, LPA conducted a census and observed 9 staff and 52 children present. The amended report reflects the total number of preschool children that the facility may accommodate based on the availability of toilets and sinks. The facility has 7 toilets, allowing for a capacity of 105 preschool children. The facility also has 9 sinks, which can accommodate 135 preschool children. Since toilets are the limiting factor, the maximum capacity is 105 preschool children. The director submitted a Child Care Center Application (LIC 200A) to update the overall capacity. Darlene Bebee signed the amended report on September 15, 2025. A notice of site visit was given to Darlene Bebee and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Director, Darlene Bebee.
