What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tricia Danielson arrived to the facility to conduct an unannounced collateral visit concerning an issue unrelated to this facility. During this visit, the facility had a total of 120 preschool children enrolled and 72 children were present. During today's visit, LPA interviewed Child #1 (C1). An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was reviewed with and provided to Director Rodriguez. Appeal Rights were also discussed and provided. An LIC 9213- Notice of Site Visit was also issued and must remain posted near the main entrance for 30 days. Non-compliance with posting will result in a $100 fine. This report must be accessible to the public for three years.
