Facility-requested visit·November 14, 2024

On 11/14/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of updating measurements for a room change request. Tammi Reliford, District Manager, has requested to change Room #7 one of the preschool rooms to an Infant room and change Room #2, one of the infant rooms, to a preschool room. LPA met with Kristen Cobb, Director. There were 67 children with a total of 7 staff members. LPA measured the following classrooms during today's inspection. The following are measurements of indoor space: · Room #7 (Preschool) - 1257.31 sq.ft · Room #2 (Infant) - 718.47 sq. ft. Fire clearance is pending due to corrections needed. Final capacity determination will be updated per fire clearance verification. No deficiencies cited. Director was provided a copy of this report and appeal rights. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
