101226.3 Observation of the Child (b) Any unusual behavior, any injury or signs of illness requiring assessment and/or administration of first aid by staff shall be reported to the child's authorized representative and recorded in the child's record.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews conducted, the licensee did not comply with the above regulation, as staff neglected to notify C1’s parents of at least one (1) injury incident in a timely manner which poses a potential Health & Safety risk to children in care.

101229(a) Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews conducted, the licensee did not comply with the above regulation, as incidents reviewed indicated multiple bite injuries with children as a result of a lack of supervision by staff, which poses an immediate Health & Safety risk to children in care.
