Facility-requested visit·April 29, 2026

On 04/29/2026 at 12:34 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Reyes conducted an unannounced visit to follow up on a self reported incident, received on 04/16/26. During the visit LPA conducted interviews and obtained documents. LPA observed appropriate ratio of 7 children and 3 staff. LPA met with Director/Teacher Hardeep Hunjan and Licensee/Director, Gulzar Hunjan, and explained the purpose of the visit. Facility self reported on 04/16/26 for an alleged incident regarding child C1 of personal rights violated on 04/11/26. An internal investigation was completed by the facility. Further investigation is needed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director/Teacher, Hardeep Hunjan. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
