What the inspector wrote

On 6/21/2023 at 1:16pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Vicky Williamson conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow up on a concern reported to Community Care Licensing. LPA Williamson met with Director, Juliann Scolari. LPA discussed the purpose of the inspection and proceeded to tour the facility. The following ratios were observed: Classroom 6 had seven (7) napping infants and one (1) staff present, the Parish Hall had five (5) infants and three (3) staff present. On 5/19/2023, a concern of alleged possible personal rights violations were reported to Community Care Licensing. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA conducted interviews with the director and staff. No deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted with Director, Juliann Scolari and a copy of this report and Notice of Site Visit were provided. Notice of Site Visit is required to be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
