On 2/27/2023 at 3:55 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Vicky Williamson conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 2/13/2023. Upon arrival LPA met with Director, Celia Carrizosa and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present in the facility were 11 children and three (3) staff members. No deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted with the Director, Celia Carrizosa. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA observed the Director post the Notice of Site Visit on the bulletin board. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
