On 5/21/24 at 3:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keturah Lane conducted a case management inspection while at the facility for another reason and had arrived at 2PM. LPA was greeted by Director Monica Collins and toured the classrooms which was during naptime at 2 PM. At this time, LPA observed 69 children in 4 classrooms with 5 staff members. Classrooms were within ratio during naptime and additional teachers arrived in the classrooms as children were waking up. The reason for the case management visit was LPA observed some physical plant issues in classroom Preschool B. (See LIC9102TV...) No deficiencies were cited during this inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with assistant Director Anna Pacheco, as Director Monica Collins had to leave before LPA concluded the visit.
