Non-compliance follow-up·March 2, 2023

On 3/2/2023 @ 10:55 a.m. , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Joelle Redding, made an unannounced visit to evaluate the facility to ensure the requirements of the Compliance Plan, effective 4/27/22, are being met. There are 8 staff present for 60 preschool children today. There have been no new hires since November 7th of last year. An All Staff meeting was conducted on 2/21/23 wherein the Compliance Plan was reviewed. LPA observed two transitions, verified ratios and supervision were in place, and reviewed staff training records and the current staff schedule (1/23/2023). LPA verified from a sample of children's files that signed form LIC 9224 is present and that the Compliance Plan is visibly posted. The facility is meeting the requirements of the Compliance Plan. No deficiencies are cited. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
