On 3/11/25, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Saraliz Velando and Hanna Lucas made an unannounced case management visit for the purpose of following up on a self-reported incident that happened on 3/6/25 that stated there was a report of inappropriate interaction between children. Upon arrival, LPAs met with the Director, Michelle Pezman. There were 70 preschool children and 8 staff present today. The classrooms were observed to be in ratio and staff was fingerprint cleared. LPAs spoke with staff and administration, observed the operation of the facility, and reviewed pertinent records. Based on the interviews, there was no proof, prior reports or concerns of this type of interactions. No deficiency is cited. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Michelle Pezman. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
