What Happened
Annual inspection of combination childcare center (infant, toddler, preschool, school age) found one staff qualification issue but verified extensive compliance including lead testing completion and IMS procedures.

- Staff record review indicates that all staff present do NOT meet minimum qualifications for the position for which they were hired

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring the used diaper is disposed off in a trashcan with tight fitting lids in the Toddler classroom which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The dirty diapers were placed in a plastic bag next to the diaper changing station.
