Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring the used diaper is disposed off in a trashcan with tight fitting lids in the Toddler classroom which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The dirty diapers were placed in a plastic bag next to the diaper changing station.
