On 11/10/22 at 12:35pm LPA Lott made an unannounced Case Management inspection, for reported Lead Exceedance. LPA met with Assistant Director, Jesslyn Watson . Also present in the facility were (6) daycare children and (2) teachers/staff. Facility was within ratio & capacity. LPA interviewed staff and examined the faucet deemed an Action Level Exceedance. Facility provided facility sketch and required forms (LIC 9275/9276) to Department on 08/30/2022. Faucets reported with 5.5 ppb or greater lead exceedance levels were as follows: Infant bathroom faucet - 5.81 ppb The bathroom faucet that tested in exceedance is located in a bathroom used for storage only and not used for any other purpose. This faucet has never been used for hand washing or food/drink preparation. Faucet has since been flushed, retested and are within normal range. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director, Jesslyn Watson. Assistant Director states they have a copy of of PIN 21-21-CCP . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
