Correction check·September 1, 2022

On 9/1/2022 @ 9:50AM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to observe corrections to deficiencies cited on 8/25/2022. LPA observed 7 children present today (4 children were under age two) with Mrs. Feliciano and helper Lina Sario. The following corrections were observed today: 1. 102416.5(d)(1) - Ratio - observed corrected. There were 7 children with 4 children under age two present today. 2. 1596.8662(b)(1) - Mandated Reporter Training Certificate - Licensee, her husband Richard Feliciano and Lina Sario completed the training on 8/26/2022. 3. 1597.622(c) - Immunization record - Mrs. Feliciano obtained a copy of Mrs. Sario's immunization record. 4. 102425(j)(2)(D)(c) - Observed today were nap logs maintained for 4 children (under age two). No deficiency observed today. Exit interview was conducted with Mrs. Feliciano. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was provided and observed posted.
