What the inspector wrote

On 12/14/2022 @ 12:50PM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA was greeted at the door by Licensee, Cecilia Feliciano and allowed entrance. Observed present today were 5 napping children (3 children were under age 2). Appropriate napping equipment was observed utilized by children. Helper, Lina Sario was observed supervising the napping children. No deficiency was cited today. Exit interview was conducted with Mrs. Feliciano. LPA provided Mrs. Feliciano a copy of this report and appeal rights. Notice of site visit was provided and observed posted. This notice shall remain posted for 30 days.
