What the inspector wrote

On July 17, 2023 at 1:03 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cindy Hamilton and Licensing Program Manager LPM) Carlos Martinez conducted an unannounced case management inspection at FCCH. The purpose of the inspection was to do plan of correction visit for pool fencing compliance. LPA and LPM inspected the pool fencing with licensee and pictures were taken. Licensee replaced chain link fencing with mesh pool fencing. The fencing does not meet Title 22 regulations at this time and backyard will remain off limits.. An exit interview was conducted, this report, appeal rights and notice of site visit was provided to licensee.
