On 05/07/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit to the facility. During the POC visit, LPA toured the facility to verify the corrections and the following was noted. 1. For the deficiency cited on 03/20/2026, Licensee agreed to purchase and install a pool alarm. On 04/06/2026, LPA conducted a follow up visit, and found the pool alarm was present in the pool; however, it was not operational. Licensee agreed to bring the alarm into compliance, and on today's date, LPA found the alarm is functional, and additionally, the Licensee is utilizing a daily pool log to check for alarm effectiveness. Deficiency cleared. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Susan Coronado where a copy of this report was reviewed with and provided along with a copy of the Appeal Rights.
