On July 27, 2022 at 3:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marie Hernandez conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with the Licensee Cecilia Martinez. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. The following areas are used for child care: The living room, dining room, day care room, hallway bathroom and a portion of the enclosed backyard for outdoor activities of children. The off limits area are bedrooms #1, #2, #3, kitchen, garage, laundry room, backyard office, granny flat, spa/hot tub and a portion of the backyard where the spa/hot tub is stored. The off limit areas are inaccessible to children through the use of child proof door knobs, locks with alarms and safety gates. The operation hours are Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM. The fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector met requirements, per LPA observation. The hazardous items were inaccessible to children in care.
