On 09/28/2023 at 3:15 PM, Licensing Program Analyst,(LPA) Dana Stevens met with Licensee, Maclovia Rivero, for the purpose of a Case Management - Legal Non-Compliance inspection. 8 daycare children ages 2, 2, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 8 were present with Licensee and assistant at the time of this inspection. The home was toured and inspected to ensure an environment safe for the care and supervision of children per the standards established in CCR, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, for Family Child Care Homes. Licensee stated there are currently 13 children enrolled and LPA verified that licensee's LIC 9040 roster was complete and updated. LPA observed Probationary License is posted.
