The daycare children interviewed stated that they have never observed the Licensees or staff being mean or hitting them or any daycare child in an aggressive manner. Daycare parents interviewed reported that they had never witnessed, been informed of, or become aware of any daycare child being mistreated or handled in an aggressive way. Based on the interviews conducted, no disclosures or supporting evidence were obtained to corroborate the allegation. Due to the conflicting statements, the allegation that an adult in the home pulled a daycare child’s hair is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or could be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensees, Maclovia Rivero and Eduardo Magana.
