What the inspector wrote

On 01/05/22 at 2:56 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Rajani Goudreau conducted a case management inspection for the purpose of\302\240 proving\302\240 technical assistance (TA) due to a COVID-19 outbreak and ensure local Health Department, CDC and Licensing recommendations are being followed. Upon visit, LPA met with licensees, Alicia & Jose Delgado and proceeded to tour the home. During the visit there were seven children in care; including licensees' three children. Facility operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Facility had a COVID-19 outbreak in December 2021. Facility closed for two weeks due to precautionary reasons and recommendation from the Department of Public Health (DPH) to slow the spread of COVID-19. Licensee reopened the facility Monday, January 03,2022 with the guidance from the DPH. Licensees conducted a deep cleaning of the entire home prior to the reopening of the day care. Licensee has followed the reporting requirements with Licensing and the Local Health Department and worked closely with both departments to prevent the spread of COVID-19. During this TA inspection, LPA observed that COVID-19 awareness posters posted. LPA reviewed the COVID-19 Guidance and the COVID-19 Self-Assessment checklist with licensee. No deficiencies were issued during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Alicia & Jose Delgado. The following was discussed and provided during the inspection: LIC 809, Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213), and Appeal Rights (LIC 9058). LPA informed the licensee the Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today\342\200\231s date.
