What the inspector wrote

On August 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection at the facility. Purpose of this inspection is to ensure citations issued during an annual inspection dated 07/25/2025 were corrected. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee's Alicia and Jose Delgado and proceeded to tour the facility. There were ten (10) children and Co-Licensee, Jose Delgado present during today\342\200\231s inspection. The following citations issued on 07/25/2025 were corrected as follows at the time of this inspection: LPA observed the pool to be surrounded by a gate and a partial wall of the home with closed off windows as part of the pool gate. LPA observed the two pool gates to self-close and self-latch. LPA observed a key lockable device on both pool gates. LPA observed pool alarm to be in operation and meets requirements. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensee and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Licensee, Alicia and Co-Licensee, Jose Delgado.
