What Happened
An unannounced annual inspection found the licensee and teen child present, with the home otherwise operating safely. The only clear operational issue was that no fire or safety drills had been conducted or documented.
Observations
- At 8:10 AM, the licensee stated that no fire or safety drills had been conducted or documented.
- The licensee was exempt from Mandated Reporter Training.
- Children were expected to play outside in the fenced backyard with continuous supervision.
