What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Sanchez made an unannounced Case Management inspection in response to the request in opening another room and to change facility entrance thru the outside walkway of the house. LPA was greeted and allowed entry into the facility by Nereida Zuniga who was advised of the purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection. LPA accompanied by Nereida conducted a general overall inspection of main daycare room, new homework room and outside walkway area for daycare entrance. Present in the facility were 4 children and one staff. The homework room is located next to the main daycare area and across from the hallway bathroom. Provider stated that she will be using room for homework or online classes. Provider also stated that she wants to change the daycare entrance thru the outside hallway, because it would be closer to the main daycare room and easier to release children to parents. It is to be noted that homework room and outside hallway area has been granted to be use for child care purposes effective today 8/23/2021. LPA and Licensee discussed California Megan's Law and LPA provided: www.meganslaw.ca.gov . Community Care Licensing WEB SITE: http://www.ccld.ca.gov No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Nereida Zuniga and a copy of this report left at the facility. Licensee is Spanish speaking and requested report to be translated. LPA translated report and licensee stated she understood. LPA observed provider placing the Notice of Cite Visit on the wall visible to parents during today\342\200\231s inspection. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS
