What the inspector wrote

***This is an amended version of the report that was created on 4/29/25*** On 4/29/25 at 9:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection at the facility. Purpose of this inspection is to ensure citations issued during an annual inspection dated 12/16/24 was corrected. Upon arrival, LPA met with Staff member, Wendy Flores and proceeded to tour the facility. There were seven (7) daycare children, including one (1) infant, one (1) school age and five (5) children 2-5 year olds, during today’s inspection.  Licensee arrived on or about 9:40 AM. The following citation issued on 12/16/24 was corrected: Civil Penalty issued on 4/29/25 in the amount of $250 was dismissed, see LIC421FC. Licensee did not provide proof of a current First Aid and CPR for Staff #1 at the time of this inspection. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensee, Vianey Moran and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Licensee, Vianey Moran. LPA interpreted and explained the inspection report to licensee in Spanish, licensee stated she understood.
