What the inspector wrote

On June 13, 2025 at 8:00 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 4/29/25. Upon arrival LPA met with Helper, Wendy Flores and LPA advised of the purpose of the inspection, and Flores granted LPA facility entry. Present in the home was the Helper, Flores and five (5) daycare children, (four children ages 2-5 years old and one school age). On or about 8:15 am Licensee, Vianey Moran arrived at the facility with three (3) additional school age children. No deficiencies cited. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensee, Vianey Moran and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Licensee, Vianey Moran. LPA interpreted report in Spanish and Licensee stated she understood.
