What the inspector wrote

On December 2, 2025 at 1:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to follow-up on a self-reported incident that occurred on or about October 28, 2025.  LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted a tour into the facility by Staff Member, Wendy Flores. There were seven (7) daycare children two (2) staff members at the time of the inspection. The incident that occurred on or about October 28, 2025 was regarding Child #1, (C1) disclosed to a school member that another daycare Child #2 (C2) pinched her bottom. Licensee stated that she did not observe the incident and spoke to the other children present and they stated they did not observe the incident. Interviews were conducted with the Licensee, staff members, a daycare parent, and daycare children including C1 and C2. At this time, based on information obtained, no evidence to corroborate the allegation. Due to conflicting information a licensing violation has not occurred. No deficiencies cited. C1 is still attending this facility. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Wendy Flores.
