Correction check·April 22, 2025

On 4/22/2025, at 3:55pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Vicky Williamson conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to verify that deficiencies cited on 3/11/2025, regarding pool safety requirements have been corrected. LPA met with Licensee, Maryam Hoseini. At 4:17pm, Licensee, Gholam Gholami and two school age children arrived to the facility. Licensees' minor son assisted with translation due to licensees' primary language is Farsi. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 23 hours per day. It is noted that Licensees submitted photos for all corrections timely. LPA observed the following during today\342\200\231s inspection: - Key lockable devices on all 4 pool entrance gates that meet Health and Safety Code 1596.814(a)(1)(A)((i). - A pool alarm placed in the in- ground jacuzzi that meets Health and Safety Code 1596.814(a)(1)(B)(ii)(l). - Daily inspection logs of the drowning and prevention safety features and safety equipment that meets Health and Safety Code 1596.814(a)(3). No deficiencies cited. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensees, Maryam Hoseini and Gholam Gholami and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Licensees, Maryam Hoseini and Gholam Gholami and translated in Farsi by licensee's minor son.
