    102416.2(b) Reporting Requirements (b) The licensee shall report to the Department any of the events as specified in Health and Safety Code Sections 1597.467(b)(1)(A) through (b)(1)(C) that occur during the operation of the family childcare home.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the above regulation, as the licensee did not report incidents that occurred at the facility which required a daycare child to seek medical treatment to the Department which poses a potential Health & Safety risk to children in care.

    102423(a)(2) Personal Rights (a) Each child receiving services from a family childcare home shall have certain rights….These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: (2) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations...This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the above regulation, as the licensee served C4 meals, on multiple occasions, that contained a known allergen which resulted in allergic reactions that required medical attention which poses an immediate Health & Safety risk to children in care.
