Correction check·January 28, 2026

On January 28, 2026 at 2:03PM , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Angela Nguyen conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection . The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that citations issued during the annual random inspection on 11/24/2025 were corrected and to amend a report that was created on 11/24/2025. LPA met with Licensee, Fabiola Lima and was led on a tour of the facility. There were one day care child and two of her own children present during the inspection. Operator #98478966 assisted with Haitian Creole translation during the inspection. LPA verified that the following correction was completed: \342\200\242 All adults providing care to children have obtained a criminal record clearance. Licensee stated she has a helper for the facility to assist her when she is temporarily away from the home. \342\200\242 Childrens records (LIC 700, LIC 282, LIC627) for all children in care are up to date, reviewed and determined to be completed. - Children's Records for Child #1, Child #2, Child #3, and Child #4 were reviewed during the time of inspection and were determined to be complete. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensee, Fabiola Lima. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Licensee, Fabiola Lima.
