What the inspector wrote

It was alleged that licensee is yelling at the daycare children. Licensee and the three assistants denied the allegation and stated that normal voice tones are used when talking to the children. The three assistants stated that they have never observed licensee yell at any daycare children. Daycare children interviewed did not disclose that they were yelled at by licensee or the three assistants. In addition, it was alleged that licensee is humiliating the daycare children. Licensee and the three assistants denied the allegation. The three assistants stated that they have never observed licensee humiliate any daycare child. Daycare children interviewed did not disclose that they were humiliated by licensee or the three assistants. During interviews with licensee, assistants, daycare children and daycare parents, no conclusive evidence regarding these allegations was obtained. There is conflicting evidence obtained during the investigation. Though the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. No deficiencies cited. A copy of this report along with Appeals Rights, were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee's Assistant, Jamie Dodge.
