Pre-licensing visit·July 12, 2024

On July 12, 2024, at 1:25 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angela Nguyen conducted an announced final pre licensing inspection and met with applicant, Stephane Senat to verify corrections observed during the initial pre licensing inspection on 7/9/2024. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility. This one story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was toured and inspected. Applicant will use the following areas for child care: living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom #4, bathroom #2, and fenced area in the backyard. Off limits areas include: Master bedroom #1 with attached bathroom, bedroom #2 and bedroom #3, garage, the additional portion of the backyard beyond the fence. The off-limit areas are made inaccessible to day care children by the use of doorknob covers on the exteriors of the doors and a fence to separate the outdoor play area from the additional area of the backyard. The following corrections have been completed: \302\267 Applicant made bedroom #3 inaccessible to daycare children by use of doorknob cover. LPA observed a door knob cover on exterior of bedroom #3. \302\267 Update form LIC 9150 Notification of Additional Children in Care for all current day care children. LPA reviewed children files. \302\267 Applicant to provide immunization records for Helper. Applicant provided immunization records for helper. LPA reviewed immunization records to be complete. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the applicant, Stephane Senat. A Large Family Child Care Home license may be issued upon final file review. A copy of the report was provided to the applicant.
