What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Sanchez made an unannounced Case Management inspection in response to the new request to open two additional rooms and playground area. LPA was greeted and allowed entry into the facility by licensee Anny Benavides, who was advised of the purpose of today’s inspection. There were 3 children and licensee were present during inspection. LPA conducted an inspection on the two bedrooms and playground area. Both bedrooms located next to the kitchen and dining table were inspected. Provider stated that she will be using the bedrooms for nap time. LPA inspected the backyard, where provider fenced a the back corner area of the back yard to place her dog. All areas in the house were inspected during this visit. LPA granted the use of both bedrooms, side and back yard for daycare purposes. Off limit areas will still remain: master bedroom, master bathroom and garage which are completely separated from the daycare with solid walls and entrance is completely separate from the daycare. No deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted with Anny Benavides. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058). LPA observed provider placing the Notice of Cite Visit on the wall visible to parents during today’s inspection. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS
