On 5/22/2026, at 9:10 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs), Raina Alexanian and Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with the licensee Anny C Almagro Benavides. The purpose of this inspection is amending the Complaint Investigation Report created on April 16, 2026. There were two (2) preschool children, two (2) infants and one (1) staff members present during the visit. LPA Gloria spoke to the licensee in Spanish language during the inspection. Exit interview conducted in Spanish and report was reviewed with the licensee Anny Benavides Vargas. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
