What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Wilkerson arrived at this facility to conclude an investigation into the above allegation. Based on the investigation report of Community Care Licensing Investigations Branch Investigator, Annette Renquist. LPA met with Leanne Sparks. A census was taken and the facility was toured. Community Care Licensing received information that a child had received an injury that warranted addtional investigation by the Investigative branch of CCL.. An investigation was conducted with the assistance of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, The investigation did not produce a preponderance of evidence to support the above allegation and the San Diego County Sheriff's Department closed the case and no further investigation is warranted at this time..Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted, a Notice of Site Visit was posted and a copy of this report was provided to Ms. Sparks s on this date.
