Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Record review revealed that C2 attended CCC from November 2019 to September 2022. Confidential interviews and record review revealed that C1 and C2 were in different classes and did not usually have playground time together. Further interviews conducted revealed that although C1 and C2 were not in the same class, their classes would periodically be on the playground at the same time in the late afternoons. Interviews revealed in June 2022 and prior, C1 and C2 were in the same class, however at that time both children were still in diapers. Confidential interviews with staff revealed no staff saw the alleged incident occur or any other inappropriate behavior between C1 and C2 at any time at the CCC. Based on confidential interviews conducted during the investigation, the allegation that lack of supervision resulting in minors engaging in inappropriate behavior may have occurred, however is not supported or proven by evidence. Therefore, the above allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Director Shaina Cormier.
