Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Once the children woke up the children were then placed back in the highchairs. Interviews also revealed that there is not a set schedule for the infants and the infants use the preschool schedule. Based on the LPA’s observation, record review and corroborating interviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Please see 9099 D for deficiencies cited. A copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit were discussed and provided to Licensee Deseree Armstead. Licensee was reminded that the “Notice of Site Visit” must be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to post will result in Civil Penalties of $100.00.
