On 11/10/22 at 11:31am, LPA Lott made an unannounced Case Management inspection, for reported Lead Exceedance. LPA met with Director, Andrea Laub. Also present in the facility were (10) daycare children and (3) teachers/staff. Facility was within ratio & capacity. LPA interviewed staff and examined the faucets deemed an Action Level Exceedance. Facility provided facility sketch and required forms (LIC 9275/9276) to Department on 06/25/2022. Faucets and drinking fountains reported with 6.3 ppb or greater lead exceedance levels were as follows: Changing Room - cold side 6.3 ppb The faucet in the changing room is not used for drinking or food preparation but for hand washing only. The sink is clearly marked with a sign which states for hand washing only. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Laub. Director states they have a copy of PIN 21-21-CCP. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
