What the inspector wrote

On September 22, 2021 at 3:46 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leilani Curtis conducted unannounced inspection at the facility. Upon arrival LPA met with Director Christy Lang and proceeded to tour the facility. There were 16 napping children present with 3 staff members in the following classroom: Room#1 Infant/Toddlers: 16 napping children with staff members Teresa Hansen, Jordan McCullough and Marisa Esposito. Appropriate ratios and capacity were observed. Staff members have the required background clearances. Two staff members, S1 and S2 have the required background clearances but are not associated to the facility. The director states that S1 usually teaches in the preschool (facility#376700319) and worked in the in infant center today because two infant center staff members called out. Both S1 and S2 are associated to the preschool license. According to the director a request for S1 and S2 to be added to the infant license was not made. See LIC809D for cited deficiency. An exit interview was conducted with the Director and Appeal Rights (LIC 9058 1/16) were discussed. The director\342\200\231s signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed the director post notice of site visit.
