Annual inspection of combination childcare center. Staff records were incomplete and not all facility staff had received required background clearances. Lead testing was completed per AB 2370 requirements.

During todays inspection, LPA confirmed, staff 2 was cleared and associated on 9/3/23. Which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
